Voilà allows you to save and reuse AI templates (also known as canned responses) for writing emails, including cold emails, follow-ups, customer service emails and more. This feature is useful for saving time and ensuring consistency in your email communication with customers and colleagues.

Creating an AI email template

1. Open Voilà in Gmail: Click on the Voilà icon in the compose window of Gmail

2. Tell Voilà how you would like to respond to an email.

3. Look for the "Save as template" button in the top right corner of the Voilà window and give your template a name.

   Using template variables: Your template can include variables such as [name], [company], [signature], etc. that can be easily customized with the actual information when you use the template.

How to use previously saved email templates

1. Open Voilà in Gmail: Click on the Voilà icon in the compose window of Gmail.

2. Simply press the spacebar to see a list of your saved templates, or look for the "Email Templates" button in the top right corner of the Voilà window.

How can I edit my email templates

All Email templates are saved as Custom Actions under the "Email Templates" category, where you can edit, delete, or create new templates.
